Frequently Asked Questions

Which areas do you serve?

A: We proudly serve the entire DC Metro area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland suburbs near the District. To make things even easier for our local families, we offer free delivery and pickup within 10 miles of Fairfax Station. For locations outside of this 10-mile radius, we are still happy to help! Just send us a message with your zip code, and we will provide a custom delivery quote based on your location.

Can I ship my SNOO to you for deep cleaning or repair?

A: Absolutely! We have many customers from across the country who ship their SNOO bassinets to us for professional servicing. Whether your bassinet needs a mechanical repair or a thorough, hygienic deep clean, we are equipped to handle it.


We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time to ensure your SNOO is back in your home as soon as possible. Once the service is complete, we carefully package it and ship it right back to your door.

Are the bassinets and baby gear cleaned /sanitized in between rentals?

Yes! We take cleanliness very seriously. Each piece of gear is professionally inspected and undergoes a thorough cleaning process tailored to its needs. We use allergen-free detergents and baby-safe cleaners to ensure every item—from the hardware to the fabrics—is sanitized, pristine, and ready for your little one.

Do you clean other baby gear besides the SNOO?

A: We do! While we specialize in the SNOO, we are happy to provide deep cleaning for other gear on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your item's brand and model for more information.

How do I start a rental?

A: Just shoot us a message or give us a call; we would be happy to find the best package for you and your baby. All consultations and quotes are free of charge with no strings attached. Any information shared will remain confidential, of course. We want you to be happy and to experience a happy baby.

Can I extend my rental period?

A: Yes, it’s very easy! You can extend your rental at any time—just give us a call or shoot us a message. However, please keep in mind that most smart bassinets are designed for babies from the newborn stage up to approximately 6 months old, or until they reach 25 lbs, whichever comes first.

My SNOO package comes with just one set of sack & sheet. Can I rent more?

A: Absolutely! We keep plenty of extra sleep sacks and sheets in stock. We actually recommend having at least 2–3 sets handy, so you're never caught off-guard by a diaper accident or a middle-of-the-night mess. Each additional set is just $10 per month. All of our linens are made of premium organic cotton, ensuring your baby enjoys the very best. We also offer SNOO leg lifters for $10 per rental to help soothe babies with colic or stuffy noses.
 

Can I use other brands of sleeping sacks / sheets with the Snoo?

A: No. For your baby's safety, smart bassinets must be used exclusively with same-brand sleep sacks and sheets. Please carefully read the instruction manual included with your rental package for more safety details.

Do any of the smart bassinets have a weaning function?

A: Yes! This feature is available on the SNOO Smart Sleeper. The weaning mode prepares your baby for a smooth transition to the crib. Around 4–6 months of age, most babies are ready to begin this phase. You can easily enable weaning in the app; the sleep sacks also feature shoulder snaps that allow you to free your baby’s arms for a more natural sleep position.

Do any of the smart bassinets have app-connectivity?

A: Yes. All the smart bassinets we offer for rental are app-compatible. Simply download the corresponding app for your specific model and follow the intuitive navigation. For example, the SNOO app allows you to adjust motion responsiveness, white noise volume, and even enable 'Car Ride' mode. Should you need extra help, just give us a call—we’re here for you.

I have twins! Can you provide two SNOO bassinets?

A: Yes, we can! We frequently help families with twins and can coordinate the deep cleaning, repair, or provision of two units simultaneously. Please contact us so we can discuss your specific needs and ensure a synchronized delivery or turnaround time.

Can I rent a smart bassinet / baby gear for someone else, as a gift?

A: No. For insurance and safety reasons, our rentals are for your family’s exclusive use at the address specified in your contract. They cannot be lent to others, sublet, or sold. However, if you would like to share the experience with a friend, we offer GIFT CERTIFICATES that can be applied toward any of our packages or future rentals!
