• Motor O-Ring Replacement: We replace the 3 small motor o-rings to ensure the drive system has perfect grip and silent rotation.
• Bearing O-Ring Service: For applicable models, we replace the large bearing o-rings to ensure smooth platform movement.
• Bearing Check & Lubrication: We perform a complete check of the main bearing and roller bearings; we replace or lubricate them to ensure a friction-free glide.
• Mechanical Audit: We inspect motor bearings and motor axial play to prevent "jerky" movement before it starts.
• Audio & Mic Diagnostics: Full testing of the white noise speakers and microphones to ensure the SNOO hears and responds to your baby accurately.
• Safety Clip Inspection: Detailed check of the two side clips to ensure the platform motion stops when clips are disengaged.

If your SNOO isn't behaving, we can fix it. Our diagnostic experts identify and resolve even the most complex technical failures, including, but not limited to:

• System Error Fixes: Expert diagnosis and resolution for the "Clips Not Engaged" error.
