QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

A: Yes! We take cleanliness very seriously. It's a pretty complex step, as each bassinet and baby gear item will be thoroughly inspected, tested after each rental, vacuumed,  sanitized, cleaned with allergen-free detergents, all stains will be removed as best as possible. A steaming cycle will be followed by letting them air-dry perfectly.  

A: Just shoot us a message or give us a call and we would be happy to find the best package fit for you and your baby. All counseling and quotes are free of charge, no strings attached. All information shared will remain confidential, of course.  We want you to be happy and experience a happy baby. 

A: Yes, it's very easy! You will be able to extend, just give us a call or shoot us a message. However, please keep in mind that most smart bassinets can be used with babies from newborn stage up to the age of  approx. 6 months old,  or until the baby reaches 25 lbs weight, whichever comes first. 

A: Yes, definitely! We have plenty of sacks and sheets in stock. We actually recommend having at least 2-3 sets handy, so you'll never be caught off-guard if one becomes soiled. The rental is just $10 a month per set. All sacks and sheets are made of organic cotton, so your baby can enjoy the best. We also offer SNOO leg lifters for $10/ rental to help babies with colics and stuffy noses.

A: No. The smart bassinets are to be used only with same-brand sacks and sheets for your baby's safety. Please carefully read the instruction manual that is included with your rental package. 

A: Yes. This feature is available on the SNOO Smart Sleeper. The weaning feature prepares your baby for an easy transition to the crib. Around the age of  4-6 months old, most babies are ready to naturally head towards the weaning phase. The weaning can be set in the app and  the sacks have shoulder tabs that can be opened and baby's arms can be set free.

A: Yes. All the smart bassinets we offer for rental have the app feature. Download the corresponding app for your smart bassinet and from there navigation is very simple. The SNOO bassinets  for example allow changing the level of noise, volume and responsiveness as well as a car-riding mode.  Should you need extra help, give us a call, we're here to help. 

A: No. The products we offer for rental can only be rented out for your own family and at the address specified in the contract. Cannot be lent to friends nor be sublet/sold. However, you may purchase a GIFT CERTIFICATE  from us  that can be used on future rentals and packages.
